PAYMENTYou can make payment several different ways: Paypal (credit card), direct deposit, money order, cheque, cash, layby and gift voucher.
Paypal: Payment is via credit card (in Australian dollars only) or echeque to ensure security.
After you have confirmed your order, and postage & handling charges have been added, then you will be redirected to the Paypal website to make your payment. Once your payment has been verified we will automatically be informed, and your order will be processed. You do not need to sign up for a Paypal account to pay by credit card. Direct Deposit: After you have confirmed your order, and postage & handling charges have been added, then you will be sent an email with further information and instructions on how to make payment. Once your payment has been verified, it will be processed and you will be contacted.
Money Order, Cash or Cheque: Please select the payment method 'Money Order' for any of these payment methods. After you have confirmed your order, and postage & handling charges have been added, then you will be sent an email with further information and instructions on how to make payment. Layby: If you would like to layby your order we require an initial deposit of 25% of the total amount. Our layby timeframe is 4 weeks, and if you need more time after please contact us. You must select the direct deposit payment method and leave a note in the messages section saying you want layby your order when checking out of the shopping cart to use this function.
Once we receive your payment we'll update your invoice and email it to you, including information about other payment methods too.
Gift Voucher: to use your Red Stripe Clothing Gift Voucher online please follow these steps:
-select the item/s you want to purchase by adding them to the shopping cart
-once you have finished browsing view your shopping cart and select your postage method
-select the payment method : direct deposit
-click 'proceed to checkout'
-fill in your details
-in the 'Message' section include your voucher number
-click 'submit order'
We will then receive your order, find your voucher number in our system, apply the credit from the voucher then email you an invoice with other payment options if you have any remaining balance, or post your order out to you.
POSTAGE AND HANDLINGOrders are processed from Monday to Friday. We send all orders within 2 weekdays of payment, and it is usually sooner rather than later.
You will receive an email confirming your purchase. Please check for your confirmation. Items incur a postage and handling charge which is calculated by weight, and is added to your order at checkout. You will be sent an email to confirm that your items have been posted.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERSAll orders are posted via Australia Post.
Parcel Post - This can take between 1 - 10 business days depending on your location and the time of the year. Trackable on auspost.com.au.
If you would like your order insured please email us requesting extra cover, this will cost $1.50 per $100 value (or part thereof). Orders over the value of $500 are automatically insured.
Express Post - Guaranteed next business day delivery for parcels up to 22kg within the Express Post network. We do not have this option available online, but it is available on request. If you would like to have your order sent by Express Post please email us and we will provide you with a quote and an estimated delivery date. Please view the Australia Post website here to find out if your postcode is within the Express Post Network.
Pick Up From Shop - If you live in Western Australia you also have the option to collect your purchase from our shop in Northbridge. We're open 7 days a week - please refer to our opening hours listed in the Contact page of this website.
If you would like to do this, select Local Pickup in the checkout. Once your payment has cleared, we will send a confirmation email to let you know when your order is available to pick up from the shop.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERSAll orders are posted via Australia Post Air Mail, which takes between 3-10 business days depending on your location, and all orders over the value of $150AUD are insured and/or trackable. If you would like to be able to track your order please email us prior to placing your order and we'll provide a quote for this service. Prices for tracking vary greatly depending on the parcel destination, so to provide the most economical postage prices we do not include tracking automatically.
International postage charges are not inclusive of the destination countries duty and custom fees.
Please ensure before purchasing that the item/s you are ordering are allowed into your country. Country specific regulations define what may be sent and how it may be sent. Redstripeclothing.com is not responsible for items seized by customs in your country. If you are unsure about this or can't find the information, send us an email.
RETURNSPlease save the invoice received with your package, as this is your receipt. If a return is authorised, postage costs may be at your expense, depending on the circumstance.
We do not offer cash refunds. We will consider a exchange if an item doesn't fit, is proven faulty, has been grossly misrepresented, or a mistake has been made by us. In this event, contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your item- no returns will be accepted without email approval first.
